We don't need to turn on the heat pump that frequent as before. Jesse is friendly, punctual, and professional. He gave us options and explained to us pros and cons. He also flagged up that the Halogen light we were using may be a fire hazard and gave us advice to fix it. We highly recommend him if you are looking for your insulation done.

Jesse was knowledgeable, open, honest and friendly, came to quote quickly and exactly when he said he would, and explained the whole process that he could do, including sound-proofing a large gable- end from neighbourhood noise and replacing downlights to Insulation Cover certified fittings. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with Jesse in every respect. He is polite and helpful, very well-organised, extremely committed to doing his best and did exactly as he planned despite high temperatures in the roofspace one day. He then returned on a Saturday to finish the job. The place is already more sound proof, and I can't wait to test out the increased insulation in winter, as the living areas face south.
